San Diego Family Hotels Things To Do/Places To Eat In San Diego/ Family Friendly?

Things to do/Places to Eat In San Diego/ Family Friendly? - san diego family hotels

Hello,
My family and I are in San Diego, California, June, we have never been there, and I am wondering if anyone knew of any family restaurant near our hotel, the Comfort Inn Zoo / Sea World. Let's Sea World and the zoo, but wanted to know what else to do. What are the beaches like? Since the hot water? There are big waves that we can not see people sailing? What is the temperature, as in June? No information. would be great and much appreciated! Thank you! :)

Hello, I live in San Diego. It is sunny San Diego! The beaches are worth it, the sand is soft, and in June the temperature is 80 or 90 or less. You should try to go to Coronado Beach. It's beautiful here:) You must pass through Balboa Park, many things to do. Go to the old town as well.

Hope you have fun!

I would just add that if the air is warm but the water is not like Florida or Hawaii that are prepared in the 60s and the sadness in June

The zoo is a must, but at 9 in the opening. After 2 hours, animals were fed and tended to throw into the crowd seems. This gives 1 / 2 day for something else. In fact, the zoo is located next to Balboa Park, if you can do all the museums, if you want.

If you have small children, you may want to Legoland in Carlsbad, to visit 1 / 2 hours north of the city. If you're lucky, the fields of flowers in bloom the next.

Best Fish and Chips: Point Loma Seafood
The best view: Cabrillo National Monument

We visited last summer in San Diego and found it a wonderful city. Make sure to go to Coronado - the beach is beautiful, the surroundings pleasant, not only walk, you do not miss La Jolla - a beautiful beach, hundreds of seals resting in front of you, of course, a ride.

Actually, not recommended, the zoo - is a bit expensive, and hardly saw any animals - they seemed to be sleeping on the back of the display. You can catch the San Francisco Zoo? Yes, it has been in the news recently - from photos I've seen, the animals are very close (yes, I know, but I'm sure they have all the precautions that will not escape the chair.) When you search San Diego Zoo, go to Albertson's (I think) and buy your tickets there, in the form of gift cards - they have racks of gift cards will have enough money to buy it down to save. We did not go to Wild Animal Park, but - what could be better. We took a tour through the Old Town Trolley also - well, a picture of the contentsthe places you want to see:

When you buy your tickets online, at the old site a little money to save.

If you love baseball, I was told that the cards are very cheap - $ 5 and would be something fun to do for an afternoon.

Balboa Park is really wonderful - there are days in many museums - Monday and Tuesday, I think. Ask the tourists there.

We ate a lot of places in Mexico, while we were there because we love Mexican food. I can not really recommend you to a spectacular restaurant, even though we are all on the journey. I've heard that Sunday brunch was great at the Hotel del Coronado, but, but expensive. It would be a very special gift and when you eat there or not give. This is the hotel, where Some Like It Hot was filmed with Marilyn Monroe.

I look forward to returning to San Diego as one of the next day to do everything that I could not talk to my husband. I am sure that Iu'll enjoy your visit!

Best wishes
